運送方式
我們一般採用順豐速運訂單。
請確保您提供的地址、郵政編號及電話等信息準確並完整。如有錯誤或缺漏，我們將與您聯系以補充相關資料，發貨速度或會因此延誤。此外，銀行的付款審查及海關清關也會影響送貨所需的時間。
運輸時間
如下單時間在星期一至星期五上午九時(GMT+8)後，訂單則會於7個工作天內為您處理。
訂單滿指定金額可享有免費送貨。請注意，折扣活動、減價商品及印刷品不會享有此優惠。
不同目的地將會有不同的預計交貨時間。澳門本地送貨，預計交貨時間是我們處理訂單後1－3個工作天。中國大陸 / 香港 / 台灣送貨，預計交貨時間是我們處理訂單後3－7個工作天。
如郵寄地址國際海外地方為郵政信箱地址，可能需要額外五至十個工作天處理。
請留意，公眾假期或優惠活動期間的送貨時間或會延長。有關澳門的公眾假期，您可以參考這裏。有關世界各地的公眾假期，請向您的政府網頁查詢。請注意，訂單的延遲發貨也有可能是由於付款未完成所造成的。
訂單追踪
請訪問訂單追踪，並輸入您的快遞單號來追踪及查詢您的包裹。
除此之外，您也可以通過快遞公司的運送追踪網站進行查詢。
訂單寄出後， 我們會以電郵方式與您聯絡。如您於付款後15個工作天內仍未收到送貨通知，請電郵至info@thewondercity.com.mo與客戶服務員聯絡。

請留意，順豐速運的快件追蹤資料需要大約24小時更新。
運輸收費
一般收費：訂單滿澳門幣1000元，即享免費澳門本地／中國大陸／香港送貨。
進口關稅
貨物進口時，有可能會被當地海關要求支付相應的款項及關稅。
進口關稅和相關的費用將由收件人負責，THE BIG APPLE將不會承擔任何費用。如希望查詢更多相關訊息，請聯繫您的當地海關部門。
海關及進口限制
海關可能要求您提供額外文件和相應時間進行清關，而發貨速度或會因此延誤。對於進口商品的限制，請向當地海關查詢。我們將不會對任何無法清關的商品負上任何責任。
海外交易費用
交易一經被確定，信用卡的發卡銀行可能會向您收取海外交易手續費，金額將取決於銀行制定的價格及條款。有關海外交易的手續費事宜，請向您的發卡銀行查詢。

Shipping info
Orders are shipped under standard shipping method via S.F. Express.
Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
Delivery Times
Orders placed after 9:00am Monday to Friday (GMT+8) will be processed within 7 business days.
Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale and print products.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. For Macau Local delivery, the estimated delivery time would be 1-3 business day(s) after we have processed the order. For Mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan the estimate delivery time would be 3-7 business days after we have processed the order.
Other international countries, the estimate delivery time would be additional 5-10 business days after we have processed the order.
Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods. For a list of Macau public holidays, please click here. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to your local government website. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
Order Tracking
To check the status of the shipment, please visit “TRACK MY ORDER” and enter your tracking number.
Otherwise, you can also use the specific carrier’s website and enter the tracking number that we provided.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Customs & Regulations
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
